Our parking garage is located at LOWER 150 East Water Street between Lower Michigan Avenue and St. Clair Street. Look for 401 N. Michigan Parking signs. Your GPS may lose signal on lower level streets- please note directions below:

From I-90/94:

Exit at Ohio Street (exit 50B) and follow Ohio Street east for 8 blocks. Turn right onto Rush Street and take the 3rd left onto Hubbard Street. Take the first right onto Lower Michigan Avenue and an immediate left onto Lower North Water Street. 401 N. Michigan Avenue garage entrance will be approximately 100 yards to your right.

From Lake Shore Drive:

Exit at Grand Avenue and follow Grand Avenue west to Lower Michigan Avenue; turn left. At second light, turn left onto North Water Street. 401 N Michigan Avenue garage entrance will be approximately 100 yards to your right.

From I-290 West

Follow signs for Congress Pkwy/Chicago Loop. Continue on West Congress Parkway. Take the Wacker Drive/Franklin Street exit onto South Wacker Drive and keep left at the fork to continue onto Lower Wacker Drive. Continue on South Lower Wacker Drive for about a mile and turn left onto Lower Michigan Avenue. At first intersection north of the river, turn right onto Lower North Water Street. 401 N. Michigan Avenue garage entrance will be approximately 100 yards to your right.

After leaving vehicle with valet, exit garage into the concourse level of the building. Take the escalator on the left up to the lobby and check-in with security before proceeding to the 18th floor.
